Is GoodStand a law firm or CPA?
No. GoodStand organizes, tracks and explains — it does not give legal or tax advice. For advice, we’ll always point you to your CPA or attorney. What we do guarantee: you’ll know every deadline, what it costs to miss it, and exactly where to file.
Where do your deadlines come from?
From a curated database of 190 rules covering all 50 states + DC, built on official state and IRS sources. Every rule carries an immutable version, so any deadline traces back to the letter of its source. 124 official pages sit under a weekly monitor: when content changes, the rule goes to human review — nothing updates silently.
I don’t have a company yet — is GoodStand for me?
